my progress so far with Noom after just 3 weeks. I'm absolutely loving it. I haven't even started adding in any exercise yet this is just managing my calories. it's amazing I would highly recommend it!!!!!

has anyone on here ever tried Noom, I am just starting a 14 days free trial as I'm desperate to succeed this time. me and my husband are moving back to Trinidad where he comes from in a couple months and I need to make progress for that. be good to hear how people have got on with Noom of you've tried it.

why can't I do this. I am desperate to be able to loose weight and stick with it. I don't have any money to spend on getting any help with it. what ever I do I can never sustain for more then a couple weeks and I go right back to how I was before. I can't seem to eat mindfully and I end up stuffing myself with out seeming to realise until it's too late and then I feel absolutely terrible physically and mentally and yet I will go and do the exact same thing the next day. I seriously need some help some how but I just don't know where to turn. I hate the way I am right now and I have a couple of wardrobes full of amazing clothes that I can't fit into and I don't have the money to afford a new wardrobe plus I don't want to just end up being this fat girl. I don't know if anyone on here can help or knows anyone that can help. like I said I don't have money to spend on getting help but I need to do something before I cross the line from being overweight to being obese. it is getting to the point where it's effecting my whole life. I'm constantly out of breath and tired and have no energy. I really really need help if anyone has any recommendations or ideas or can help in anyway I would be beyond greatful for any help I can get.

first loss in a long time. I'm back and I'm sticking with it this time. I'm not counting calories and I'm eating all the stuff I normally have and like plus trying to add a few more veggies where I can. I am just making sure I eat intuitively, I have always had the habit of eating way too fast and by the time I realise I feel full I have over eaten by quite a bit. so now I am trying to slow down and try to stop once I'm satisfied not when I'm totally stuffed. taking some supliments as well to help curb the cravings and working out 5 days a week and for once I am sticking with it and am enjoying myself. oh and I am cutting down on my drink which is difficult but notice I said cutting down not cutting out. I have tried cutting it out all together before and it's just not sustainable for me. I can't give up this time!!!!!.......I have to stick with it
