Well, I knew I was eating badly as I was moving. I just thought the massive increase in activity would help balance that out. Not as much as I thought. And I actually tripled my step count every day. Next week I start the walk to work plan. I hope. That is the plan anyway.

When everyone is talking about what they are having for dinner and I'm thinking that if I can find my can opener, I can have chicken vindaloo but what I really want is Runza's chicken strips with crinkle cut fries and Jalapeneo Ranch dipping sauce.

I moved over the weekend. I have had no internet access and probably won't get it until after the 9th. I have tripled my step count every day this weekend and already hit my normal average step count to day and it is not even 8:00 am. Countless trips up and down stairs. I have also eaten the exact opposite of what I need to do. I have eaten mostly carbs for most of my meals. I haven't even found my scale yet. First time I try to wash dishes and the sink clogs. I'll finish the kitchen tonight so that a worker has space to work in and then submit a work order. I have 12 dollars left for the next three days. So I'll try to spend that on protein and get back on tract.

I did great today. Only I am suddenly craving that green mint ice cream with the little tiny chocolate flakes in it. I haven't had it in two months, or has it been three?

I never did get to the store to do proper grocery shopping. That is why I'm leaving an hour early for work.
