This week I still struugling with the workout thing. But I am learning more things that I can do without using my elbow. Yesterday, went on a 3 mile bike ride pulling my 38 lb baby behind.so that has to count for something. I went to my doctor and he said I have tennis elbow and gave me a strap for my arm which helps out aliitle. Friday is my birthday and I was hoping to be under 200 by then. If stick to the diet and go out for a couple more rides and walks maybe just maybe I can get there.

Still having a hard time working out cuz of my elbow but I got on the scale yesterday and I dropped 6 lbs since Sunday I Love it I Love it I Love it!!!

BAD BAD BAD week, my elbow is still hurting so not able to work out much and out of town family came in. Also trying to wheen my baby and have been ingorgered it seems for way to long. Maybe I can get it back together this week.

I followed the diet part well this week but I hurt my elbow and doing almost any kind of work out just kills it. I was really surprised that I lost anything. Temptation was really great this week also. My husband birthday, we had VBS this week with cookies ever night and I volunteer at our zoo. Yesterday was Ice Cream safari and Art gone wild. I asked to do the art projects instead of scooping ice cream. My elbow wouldn't have made it anyway. I am very surprised at the change in my thinking, on the way home I normally would have stopped by McD's and overeaten however yesterday I drove home thinking what do I get today to eat. I had a salad and 3 oz of meat.

This week got harder as it went. I worked out really hard the first part and then life just took over. I did get my 5 workouts in maybe just not as intence as they should be. Anyway we had my son's 4th birthday this weekend so I had a small piece of cake No ice cream though. THat is my down fall. And to top everything else off I started my cycle. So I expect more weight lost this next week.
