Thank you everyone for your support this week! I'm going to try intermittent fasting, starting today. Eating schedule from 10 to 6. I found I was eating up until 9 most nights. It was effecting my sleep and my dreams! Anyone else intermittent fasting? 🍁🍂

This has been a very difficult 2 weeks. The scale is going up and down, up and down. I need to review what I'm eating and add more fruits and vegetables. My husband and I started walking last week too. So, I hope to see a drop this week.

A lot of challenges this week. I was stressed and my daughter was more demanding than usual. She's anxious for school to start. Journaling and reminding myself that I've been here before, but I want a different outcome this time helped me get through. 😉

I'm happy! I've lost again in Week 2 of my journey. I struggled with sweets this weekend and I did give in. But, I checked what I was doing, staying up too late and stressing about my husband's well intentioned actions. So, I take it as a lesson and add a pin to those things that cause me to eat mindlessly. I'm reminded that these are things I control, no one else. 😉

Monday, August 16 2021. First week it was ok. I did see most of my challenges with sweets and extras. Calorie counting and weighing everyday helps a lot to stay focused.
