So after a brief "hiatus", I'm back in the game. I've done a pretty decent job of "maintaining" my weight loss, but I have a total of 40-45 more pounds I want to lose, so I'm going to at least try to hit these next 20 lbs HARD. I was much happier with my body when I got to the low 140's, and I know there is a huge difference in my frame between 145 and 165. So here we go!
I actually started yesterday, but I didn't change my diet on Fat Secret, and it doesn't seem to want to let me go backwards. It's my TOM anyway, so I don't think a day will make much of a difference in charting my weight loss this go 'round.
Hubby's supposed to lose 15 more lbs per our last doctor's visit, so maybe adding some more fruits and veggies to the household will get him there too!

I am about to throw my scale right out my bedroom window. I've lost inches, but it won't budge - it just fluctuates around the same few pounds. I really don't believe it's muscle, because I haven't particularly been physically active in the last two weeks or so. Food journal for this weekend is mostly "guesstimate"... didn't have time to log my food and most of it was homemade so not in the database anyway. Oh well. Measurements on Thursday - we'll see how it keeps going. I'd really like to get to the store and try on some clothes to see if I've dropped any size-wise... I always find that good motivation.

Was down yesterday, then ate entirely too much white castles, now back up. Woke up early, had cereal, added way too much sugar in an attempt to measure my intake... Oh well. i might make mistakes, and i may stall, but the important thing is to keep going!

So, I had homemade macaroni for dinner, and I'm totally guessing at how much I ate and the actual nutritional facts - I'm really hoping I'm off b/c that's a lot of calories worth of mac and chi!!!
