i weighted in at 73.7 but I'm worried to log it as I'm thinking it may be a blip on the scales. I'm not meant to be at this weight until Saturday (if I'm sticking to the LOSING 1.3kga per week) to reach my mini goal.

Does anyone know anything that helps get rid of or makes it less noticeable ...loose skin from losing weight fast or at all??? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance x

I'm making it a personal goal to be UNDER 70kgs (like even 69.9kgs) before the 17th of February which is 28days, so that means I should be losing approximately 1.25kgs every 7days, which is totally doable ...so let's see, shall we!?! 👍👌

so much for making a fresh start ...I ate 3x Cadbury creme eggs (511cals) 4x Belvita breakfast cereal biscuits (116cals) & 1x Primo Stackers-Chicken Breast (114cals) ...& that was all after having a 440cal lunch & about a 500cal dinner ...Oh Dear!!!! Other days I barely eat & only have dinner and other days ...it's like I'm making up for it. LOL ...one can only laugh.

does anyone know a good recipe to follow to make Avacado Pollo like they do at Cafe Primo ...soooo good. would love to be able to make it at home..
