I woke up early this morning and did my exercise but I fell behind on eating didn't eat breakfast it was more of a brunch. Threw me off a bit though. cuz now I feel kinda full. Hopefully I can make it thru this weekend w/ out cheating. Especially that me and hubby are not having a good day its making me want to stuff my face w/ something superfatsuperdelishsuperfriedyummyness! LOL! Have a good weekend everyone!*

Day 5 detox phase doing good, cant wait for wednesday when I can finally have some coffee and a piece of fish or lean meat. It does spruce up the salads just a little bit. But then hopefully I can manage the hour workout session as well. Anyway have a great weekend and temptation won't stop me! I AM ALMOST THERE!*

As sore as I am I still did my 30day shred exercise. I actually love it, I don't know how the jillian michaels 30 day shred works cuz apparently this is just 1 of the 30 min workouts...I don't know but either way i've fit in exercise and i'm still doing my phase 1. So i'm very proud of myself cuz for a whole year i've been trying to start phase 1 again and haven't managed to do it...I guess it IS possible to do it a second time w/ success. Now if I can just keep up my daily exercise routine diet or no diet....Hmmmmm?*

So today is day 3 of phase 1, yesterday I felt horrible, like a total withdrawl or something. I ended up falling asleep at 8pm which is totally not me especially that it was Wipeout night tv and hells kitchen and they were showing Son in Law on CMT....so ya I probably would've went to sleep at 10 or 11. Woke up this morning about 830 and I got up feeling a bit better. Had me some yogurt w/ oatmeal for breakfast and actually had energy to squeeze in the 30day shred 1....not bad at all. I did it nonstop and well i'm feeling much better today had my lunch, eggwhite omlet w/ onion, bellpepper and brocolli...not bad, not bad...I likededidididid it! ;) Anyway hope everyone is doing well and I CAN DO THIS!!!*

Okay so I started just yesterday detox phase 1....I just weighed myself today this is with my scale at home that uses the oldschool spring I guess....The last weigh in I did was at the docs office they use a digital scale. So i'll just go by my scale. So 150 will be my official start weight*
