and so - did my first 15km walk and finished it... took 3.5 hrs...
my knees slowed me down and i once again this makes me realise more how much i need to have then 'fixed'...
the walk itself was easy - painkillers, knee guards and herbal spray saved me.
i totally messed up my diet when i finished and my company offered 'foods'... i just said f*ck-it... and ate..
i seem to be 'cheating' more and more and need a kick in the pants...
feeling ticked off with myself!

Haven't lost much but have lost cm's. But I am an 80's girl!!! even if it is just under 90kg... Need to get to 85kg asap!!!!
Trained hard this week even with my knee - and it was awesome - more strength and muscle building training.
And so, tomorrow is the day I do my first 15km walk for charity.
Just hope this knee doesn't give me problems. Not sure how long its gonna take - i'm thinking prob bout 5hrs. Yikes!!!!
Wish me luck people - i think i'm gonna need it.
But yeh... proud of myself for even entering....
Update on tomorrow's walk to follow....

Bad week... nxt week will be challenging as I cannot train the way I want to because of my 'shower slip'... I'm so annoyed...
Feel like i'm loosing momentum - couldn't even go to gym today. Next weekend I have a charity 15km walk and don't even know if i'm gonna be able to make it..
Well let's see how this week goes and how the knee holds up...

and so.... I slipped in the shower on friday and off to hospital I went... it turns out i now have a fractured coccyx and badly twisted/sprained knee. I should be upset about the pain but all i can think about is 'how is this gonna affect my training'.... i am furious with myself. this could de-rail my whole programme of achieving my goal by December.... aaarrgghhh - i'm so mad...
