Feeling great, almost three pounds, I will take that and love it. Energy is starting to go up too. The exercise is really helping. It has been 14 days since I touched any fast food, that was a huge downfall of mine. Ready for the next week. I hope I can continue this way. :)

I am so hungry today. Ate so many snacks but still under 1500 calories which amazes me. I guess I am making better choices on what I eat. Just feel like no energy today. I even skipped the gym. Oh well tomorrow is another day.

Two pounds, I guess that is a start considering I am in the toughest time of the month. I really stuck with the exercise but the past two days have been hard. Too much sugar and carbs. A new week begins and I am ready to do better and watch for those bad snacks. Overall though feel great. I was up at 6:00 am again and burned 500 calories in the gym.

Well still feel motivated, but it is so hard. For some weird reason though my body keeps waking up by 6:00 am and wants to go to the gym, even when my mind is yelling no. So I went and burned 500 calories...I guess I feel good. I am kind of getting excited to weigh myself, but promised myself not until Sunday morning. So I am going to stick with that.

It was so hard to get motivated this morning, but I actually pushed myself to the gym. 420 calories burned, I now I do feel more energized. Even after 5 days I think I can feel the change in energy from exercise. I am actually out of bed and not laying around as much as I was.
