I wasnt able to write down what I had for dinner. I lost my list. My kitchen got disorganized and the list disappeared. I saved a mother and 2 kittens and put them on my kitchen balcony which means I had to empty my balcony into my kitchen. It got mixed up fast. I wont keep them. We already have 3 cats and we live in an apartment. My husbands family have a summer place so thats where they'll go. Safer there than the city. My husband feeds several cats there now.

I havent had any of the no-no's my cardiologist said I should cut back on. He did say I'm allowed 2 eggs a week. I havent had ANY since before the 13th of May. I just had 2 for breakfast with salt. If I retain some water thats ok. I know my pants a way looser than before. That tells me I'm on the right track.

Blah. Good days and bad right? I've eaten less than my allowed calories so I blame the salt I used.

Almost 20,000 steps today and 17,0090 of them were on my walk. I kept up the pace and burned 803 calories. Couldn't be happier. I did get sunburned so tomorrow I'll exercise at home but it felt good to get a full walk in. I've lost enough weight now that I don't have to unbutton my jeans to put them on or take them off. Every little positive change is huge for me. I want to build some muscle soon but one step at a time right??
