I am still at the same weight, I have been watching what I eat for the most part. My husband's birthday was last week so kind of got off the mark then, and maybe a couple of other times, but nothing major. My body fat content is down, which is good and I know I've lost some inches, by the way my clothes fit.
When the weather decides to not be freezing and snowy I'll be able to get out and walk

Worked out on my Wii Active More Sports and burned 136 calories tonight. Did go out to eat tonight so sort of messed up watching my calories/fat intake, but will be back on track tomorrow.

Worked out on my Wii Active more sports 6 week challenge burning 120 calories. Doesn't sound like much, but it was a strenuous workout tonight...........I was whipped when I was done!
Charging on not going to slip behind, but I am going to make my goal this year!

Worked out on my Wii Active Sports More Workouts and restarted my 6 wk challenge. Burned 164.9 calories. I hadn't done it since before Christmas, but have been doing the medium step class for 30 minutes every other day. I was able to do the skipping without getting tired and the crunches easier than before. I must be making progress somewhere to be able to do these easier! I'm going to bust my butt to lose this weight!!
Went to the Y this morning walked on treadmill for 30 minutes, burned 176 calories.
