Have not been doing well at all. My working schedule has really thrown me off and having to put in so many hours due to others being out has not helped at all. I have been trying to get off my medication but, I guess I'm going to have to take it for the rest of my life. The exercise seems to help along with the medication. I will continue to do my best to lose the fat and keep the muscle.

lost another lb. went to exercise and felt better about myself. Found some new friends on the sight and got some amazing answers and help!. Plan to start exercising every day. aerobics three days a week and weights three days a week. I also plan to get back to riding my bike for at least 20 miles a week. I've had obstacles in the way such as medical and people but, I have to do this for me. I am 61 and want to be young again!

I've had my good days and my bad days. I've read some of the other men and womens letters and feel that we all have a long way to go. Back in 2000 I was on the Body-for-Life program and lost an amazing 71 lbs in 8 weeks. I felt great and was even running some. I was biking at least 20 miles every Saturday morning. I've sence then gained weight due to medication. I will come back and be that person I was in 2000 by the end of 2007.

Started with la weight loss at 279 taking a little longer due to medication and medical problems but, I will stick with it.
