Hello fellow Fat Secret dwellers! :)
Today I have forgotten to take my waist reading. It feels like such a long tinme without exercising... But hey, it'll all be back to normal in a few days once I start :) I'm guessing that I'll probably have to go back a couple of days in the Ab Massacre counting from where I was. When I stopped, I could already do 100 crunches in one go. That was what? One week ago? hmmm Maybe I can still do it lol. After all, when I was weight training, I sometimes had 7 day recovery between sessions so maybe it's not a problem... But I sure miss indoor cycling! It's the whole experience, not just the exercise itself lol - pedaling while watching my YouTube subscriptions and the sun coming through the window. It's a nice experience as a whole lol. :)
Today I ate like a bear. Speaking about bears, I've seen an amazing (beautiful) documentary called "Human Planet" and I've learned about this US town "Churchill" which, at one point of the year, is visited by polar bears!!!! They have to have a man patrolling the streets with a truck and also bear traps with seals. But they go about their lives without fear. I'm absolutely astonished. I would honestly freak out if I was in that town lol. Brave people!
edit: I had gotten the name of the town wrong :P I had to correct that lol

I'm back from a short break :) When I started not exercising and also not taking my bio readings, I somewhat started to relax too much lol. I better try to maintain, at least, some things under control, such as the food intake lol. :)
my throat infection (that's what it looks like) feels like it's getting better now, but it's still there. It's a persistent little virus (if that's the case lol). The red spot on my soft palate was almost blood like, it was almost indistinguishable from blood, but it's now more like irritated skin, still red but doesn't resemble blood anymore, which is good! lol
I really miss exercising but it's better not to do it yet. :) I have plenty of time for that!
Today my waist's measuring 79.2 cm, which is still a very good result considering I have completely halted exercise for more than 2 days now :)

I will unfortunately have to skip exercise for a few days. I have what looks like a small infection in my mouth/beginning of throat. It's somewhat annoying - My throat's sore etc and I have some minor eruptions on my uvula and a little red (looks like blood) spot on my soft palate so, I've decided to give my body some rest until this gets better. I'm hoping this won't have too much of an impact on my actual numbers. It will certainly have an impact but I'm patient lol. I'll do it all over again ;)
Today I haven't measured myself but I will probably be doing it and also logging food. Only the exercise will be on hold. ;)

I'm very happy this weight has stuck for more than a day! :)
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.4 % - a little down from yesterday. Always good when it goes down instead of up, even if inaccurate! :)
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 78.9 cm - This is what I'm paying the most attention to :) and it's great that it still hasn't gone up. I'm not celebrating just yet though heheh. I feel that my abs are always contracted even when in rest, due to the "Ab Massacre" lol. Even after a day's rest...
Yesterday I slept very little and so I didn't exercise at. I started logging food and measured every bit of it till I went to bed but there, again, due to disorganization, I lost track of the log. My hunch was that it must have been in the vicinity of 1700 to 1800 calories. I haven't been having that enormous appetite I was suffering for in the previous days :)

This weight is a complete and very enjoyable surprise! I think it is equivalent to my best ever! :) The "Ab Massacre" is definitely contributing to this!
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 78.9 cm - Fantastic! This is my best waist measure yet. Even before measuring today, I could tell it was smaller just by looking down :) I'm not taking any of this for granted though. I'm used to the roller coaster readings from day to day lol. But it definitely looks like the Abs are having their intended effect!
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.6 % Yikes! This is somewhat higher than yesterday's 8.0. but, hopefully it will mean nothing :)
