Most of my life I’ve suffered with disordered eating. In my teens throughout my 30s it was anorexia. When I tried to break that it morphed into emotional binge eating. Over the next 10 years I more than doubled my weight!! It was definitely a shock to my system since I had always tried to keep out of triple digit numbers.
In December of 2019 I decided to kick that habit too and just try to be within my “normal” weight range. As of today I’ve done it!!!!!! I’ve kicked over 65 lbs in the ass and gotten rid of them once and for all to sit at a healthy weight.
I know I’ll always be susceptible to slip into either of my eating disorder patterns again.....but for today....I’m healthy and plan to stay that way!! 🌈 💫
