Today was a bad day, stress eating is one of my downfalls.
I had Nandos with two garlic rolls for lunch, a bottle of wine in the afternoon but decided to end my day with a healthy meal.
The old me would have cancelled this day and all my efforts for the week and start again on Monday 😂, but I had a very stressful and demanding day, stopped myself twice from ordering pizza, did the 5min rule and got up to cook up a healthy meal.
This is a milestone for me 😩. I dont like tracking when I eat junk, when the calories go up they make me anxious, another thing I need to learn is just recording EVERYTHING good and bad so I better manage the next meal/day.

This is by far the HEAVIEST, I have ever been. Not to mention the downside of being this heavy. Waking up with an aching body 😢, not being able to keep up with my son and not to mention constant heartburn 😩.
Honestly some days I feel like my heart will stop 🥺, so this time around I have to be so strict and consistent before my son is without a mother due to health reasons. If I can control this one bit of my life for him, I have no choice. One week of clean eating, I could not wait for Feb to start.
So on e again, will be using this community as a form of encouragement 🫶🏽
