Good news!! - Medical update
I requested lab results
I reviewed them, Most numbers were great- Even the vitamin D and Cholesterol although need improvement,we're not as bad as I thought!!
I can't believe they were trying to put me on statins !!!! Crazy and Lazy doc, I guess around the holidays not staying focus!!

Happy New Year, Back to logging.
Completed 1st lower cholesterol exercise routine today. Will Continue.
I have initiated my own progressive program, lol Doctors are not too aggressive in that area.

Got blood results back, I am low on Vitamin D/ So I have to take 2000iu for 3 months
2 Cholesterols are high by 20-40 points, they wanted me to go on a statin, I said no, Diet and exercise/ doc office agreed
I did my research, If I keep my number at 200 or less plus add exercise I can lower my cholesterol/
I will get rechecked on both in 3 months
I can also check cholesterol at home with drug store test sooner
Other blood results are good 🙂🙂🙂🙂
I adjusted FS and my net diary to monitor cholesterol intake/ the assistant did tell me this time of the year is bad for blood work

Footnote: Blizzard arriving in Indiana today, been through multiple hurricanes in Florida, this should be interesting!! Thankfully retired!👱♀️🐈⬛🎄
