Good weekend!~ I did have a few drinks on Saturday, but didn't eat a ton of junk.. Didn't even want it actually, which is shocking for me. Haha
I did workout good too before the party I had, so that always helps.
I did gain a few lbs, but at least I didn't go back to 247! I still kept off a few lbs, so that's good for me.
This week I plan to stay on track every day - 12-1300 calories, eat clean, use my calories wisely - and possibly start my insanity dvd's.
Hopefully the evening will pan out so I have some time to do it.

My scale hasn't moved for days.. darn. I even worked out - I was feeling down, but I can't let that get me (normally I would). I will keep plugging away and not let the numbers mess with my head. My instant reaction is to give up if I don't lose any weight from the prior day. I think I used to work out so much (almost 2 hours a day) that I was used to seeing some come off every day. I now work full time, and don't exercise but 3-4 times a week for 40 mins if I can.

Another good day yesterday, followed my calorie intake and didn't feel too hungry. No eating after 7pm has been a huge help for me. I haven't been working out as much, but still dropping - for now. My son is autistic, and sometimes I have to wait until bedtime to work out - and by then its almost 8:30pm.. and I don't do it. Eventually I will figure out a schedule that works for me.
I also think I am addicted to Krogers black and blue turkey burgers! They are soooooooo good.
I am getting nervous about this party on Saturday - I am going to take my fave salad - Dole - Endless Summer Kit and make a big bowl and take it with - its so delish. I am hoping I just don't gain all my weight back in one weekend, which seems to happen often with me. Keep plugging away I guess no matter what.

Had a good day yesterday - stuck to the 1200 calories. I ate a lot of fruits and veggies, and some protein. Its amazing how much better I feel when I eat right. I will try to do the same today, so far off to a great start. Hope everyone has a great day today. :)
