If you care about your health then spending couple hours learning about nutrition is not that big of a problem, is it?

Not sure how much i weight as im away and this time i want to look at my body changes and not at the scale.
So i did 13 days fast 28 February - 13 march. Then ate for 2 weeks. Then did another 5 days from 24th - 29th march. Now im on a third one from 7th april - 19th april (10 day hopefully)
In between fasts i stuff myself and thats not a problem with hunger its simply my love of food.. I really need to fix that. I think its because i was planning longer fasts and broke them mid way. Now i have prepared refeeding plan so if i wont make it till the end at least i will have a backup.
Again i havent eaten for 5 days now and i feel 💯 times better than when im eating (especially crap food). I developed longing for that feeling thats why its much easier now to fast.

Just an update on fasting.
I did 2 weeks (28th feb - 13th march) then had anniversary dinner and been eating for another 2 weeks. I gained around 4kg in 2 weeks. Was worried that i won't be able to restart fasting.
Luckily I managed to start again Sunday 24th and now im nearly finishing week 1, going to do 2 weeks total (till 8th April)
Feel like million dollars! Im doing weight training, riding bike hard, walking a lot. All without any food intake.
Fasting rules - if done correctly!

13th day of fasting. no hunger whatsoever.
starting day with big cup of water. drinking 3-4 espressos, plenty of tea, water and also apple cider vinegar shots with lemon and chia and wheatgrass (yuck).
i was nibbling a bit last week with around 7 pistachios and some blueberries and strawberries during day and my weight loss plateaued at 85kg for 3 days. stopped eating completely and it started dropping again
funny that i don't feel hunger at all but my stupid brain has so huge attachment to food that when i see or smell nice food i automatically reach for it. that's what got me here in the first place - that compulsive eating. will i ever get rid of that?
