After my three month travel season for work, it is time to buckle down and officially get my butt into shape. So, I took a big leap and joined My Lifestyle Fitness in Centennial, CO. They are about 10 minutes from my house, and it's a 3 day/week exercise regime you sign up for in 6 week increments. We'll see what happens. I've gone 2xs now and haven't died, passed out, or puked in the corner as expected.

I am probably one of the more out of shape ppl in the room, but they say that most start out like me and work to a better physique. So we'll hope. I'm not expecting miracles - I know it's on me - but hopefully between bootcamp and journaling I'm on my way. We'll start the nutrition part of bootcamp after I come back from vacation next month, right now we're just concentrating on the physical side. So we'll see. Excited to finally be headed in what feels like the right direction!
