Sorry I have been off of here for so long yall! It's been a whirlwind. I was Killin the bicycle game. Got a new bicycle, upped my average speed by like 3mph on my work commutes. Then the beginning of July I got Pleurisy, and then had a bad reaction to the steroid Iv that was to help heal my pleurisy. So I have adrenal issues now for the time being. So I am greatly hindered now with various issues along with adrenal sensitivity. It's been a rough road of paranoia with health. I'm still recovering. Hope yall are doing well though

I caught a stomach bug this week. Got super dehydrated, and not in good health. Im talking brown throw up, dark pee, the works. Had to go to the ER my wife works at and got put on an IV. That was 2 days ago. I am still not 100%. Meaning, I am bloated, I can't eat how I want to eat yet. So it has been a rough time. No gym, obviously. Turns out, something was going around at my daughters school. She got something, my whole family got something, her school friends got something, etc. I was the one who got it the worst, though.
So for my own sanity, I will not be caring too much about logging anything this week, weighing, working out, or ANYTHING except proper hydration, until the kinks work out.
I just wanted to give yall an update because I have not been on.
I am alive!! Just bloated lol.
I will be ready for the losses of the bads, and GAINZZ of the goods, next week!

had a mild cheat day yesterday, unplanned. treated it like a carbload/refeed day. this was a lovely surprise 😂. now I'm off to the gym! new day,same goals! happy Saturday!

Protein up, Calories down. Carb cycling again this week. Doing a "low" period for 1-2 weeks around 1800 calories per day.
I will re-evaluate as necessary after that point. So far, I am increasing on most of my muscle building exercises. Biceps appear to be the only thing on me that fatigue faster than the rest of my body. Which is weird to me... I thought it would be something like my pecs, but the pecs seem to take a massive beating as tiny as they are. Growing rapidly on everything. Slowly for biceps...
My biceps are just late to the party XD XD
Anyways, we are almost to the weekend. Happy Thursday yall, don't lose sight of your goals, but mainly... Don't lose sight of YOURSELF!
