so i was extremely bad last night i wont go into detail but went to the gym and had a good work out. will do the same tonight

Im finding it a challenge to get up in the morning and get my big butt to the gym. so i better be good with the calories today and have a really good workout tonight. going on vacation in a couple weeks need to get into those skinny jeans

i was such a snacker today. gotta love that popcorn and pretzels....probably just gained those two ponds i just lost right back. better get to that gym and by the way that stair master is a serious kick in the ass.

starting from the beginning always sucks but hey you have to start somewhere right? dedication and dont give up even if it seems like those numbers on the scale dont seem to change. i did it once and now im just going to finish what i started. and i will not weigh myself every day. now come on size 5
