My tribute to the Keto Lifestyle. Today one year ago I was very overweight, full of aches and pains, borderline diabetic, blood pressure high, menopausal with day and night sweats, suffering from cramps especially in the early morning hours, didn't sleep well, couldn't do much of self grooming my tummy was in the way, hated shopping for anything, My first weigh in was at 99.2kg(218.24 pounds), my height is 158cm(5 ft 2), measurements: Neck = 43cm, Breast = 130.5/111.5cm, Waist = 120.5cm, Hip = 139.0cm, Arm = 37.0cm, Thigh = 65.5cm. Today I weigh 71.7kg(157.74 pounds) a loss of 27.5kg(60.5 pounds). My measurements: Neck = 37.0cm, Breast = 104.5/87.0cm, Waist = 91.0cm, Hip = 106.5cm, Arm = 31.5cm, Thigh = 52.0cm that equals to 137.5cm(54 inches) overall. All my blood works are normal, blood pressure normal, no more menopausal sweats, cramps or sleep deprivation. All I can say about this lifestyle it works, it is not always easy. If you had a bad day leave it behind. Do not starve yourself to make up for yesterday, just eat keto today!! Don't try and do impossible weight loss because you need to go to a wedding, beach holiday, etc. steady weight loss is far more efficient than a crash diet. There are loads of pills and products out there that claim they are keto, read the labels for the ingredients. And last but not least be happy with every gram of pound that you loose.
