I weigh in when I wake up. I actually feel a little bit lighter so I really hope I've lost a little.

Wow, 2 lbs! I am so happy that I started my morning with a celebratory jog. For a recap: I didn't really exercise that much last week and I ate a lot of healthy foods that I like, but I still lost weight, I feel really great! THis week I'd like to go jobbing 3 times(well now 2 since I did 1 already) & hiking twice. I am very happy with the results and would like to try harder. Good luck everyone and congrats on your accomplishments.

I've actually been "dieting" since last wednesday, but signed up last friday, so I get to weigh in in two days. I've been riding my bike a lot my thighs remind me they've been working hard. Remember like ten or so years ago the infomercial for TaeBo? I found the videos at a thrift store(I really love thrift stores) beginner -advanced and tried one, they are really fun and really make you sweat. What's super important is that my exercise is really fun so I actually want to do it. Everyday I'm excited to ride my bike and I want to be excited to try other exercises as well. Going on my bike ride in a few minutes and later tonight will do another half an hour of tae bo! Good luck to everyone else's exercise today!

Went for an hour and some odd minutes bike ride. There was a lot of wind resistance so my legs are definitely very sore! But that's good. Sometimes I'm scared I won't loose weight riding my bike, but I know it's helping because on some cases I'm out of breathe from keeping up with cars, and after wards my legs and butt are definitely sore!
