Started working a year ago and gained all my weight back... Hello 128! I really do blame work. I didn't have a set schedule, time was scattered. No time to eat till after I got off at 8pm. My husband started to lose weight in August. I thought I was fine with the extra pounds.. I felt thick. One day I tried on a shirt at Target. They have a mirror to show you from behind. That's where all my fat was.. on my back! So then in September I started my journey once again. By Janurary I got down to 117, a month later I had bad acid reflux and unexpectedly lost 2 more pounds. My appetite have not been the same since. Now I am just eating for health and recently starting to eat to gain muscle. I am started to looking leaner and can barely see abs under my belly fat. Started back on fatsecret on my phone in Sept but syncing it now erase all my phone data.
