Day 2 of my restart today. Yesterday I got to spend 2.5 hours horseback and ate reasonably. I got BBQ, but I ate a smaller amount(leftovers) and had a Chobani complete to top off my day and make sure I ate enough calories. I'm going back to horseback ride today. I started a new migraine medicine this week and am hopeful that I will have fewer migraines when fronts move in which is a huge trigger for me.

After a couple of weeks of managing poorly - horseback riding clinic then medication that made me ill I'm giving myself a kickstart today and starting over. Well not updating starting weight or anything just weighin and start from whatever point I'm at.

Really low on calories yesterday due to a vet emergency with my pup. She has seizures and is ok today. Do people make adjustments on the following day for stuff like this or just deal with the low day? I had less than 1000 calories yesterday. I've read some information that calorie cycling where you have more one day than usual and less other days is a thing, but I'm not sure how effective that would be. Have a good week everyone!
