Woke up with a splitting headache. 2 hours late for church...got there in time to catch the end of the sermon and prayer. :-) We were supposed to go to another church, but I went home, slept for about 4 hours and woke up feeling better, but sluggish.

My carb intake today was STUPID!! I mean, ... look, my job has snacks EVERY SINGLE DAY. I applaud myself for being able to walk past them without flinching. However, today, when I saw the bagel, with the oats on it, I just couldn't help it. So, there! I did it. I broke!

On another note, I fit into a dress that I thought I'd have to pass to my daughter. My mother in law bought a beautiful (non-stretching) size 10 that I could not pull past my thighs or over my shoulders in May. Well, just because I wanted to, I tried to put it on. It slid up and zipped with absolutely no struggle and little effort...except for the widest part of my rib cage.

Now that I'm dropping the pounds, I have to be more serious about the toning part.
