Today is another good day for my weight. I had a great Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning workout last night. I also went on a little hike yesterday and did some work on the trail. Looking forward to weight training tonight. I know now that my big issue are snacks. I have the structured meals down pat, but I find myself wandering into the kitchen too much to see what's in the pantry. I lost weight while I was in Tennessee because I didn't have snacks readily available. I didn't get to work out much, but still lost 3 lbs. I need to plan a measured snack after work. and after my workout. That is when I really want to get into stuff.

I'm back in the 200s today, but that's fine. I'm thinking about trying to keep it under 200 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting back to my routine today. I just hope my arm cooperates. I think I just tweaked a tendon in my elbow (tennis elbow?). It works better when I warm it up with a little exercise. Word of the day - BALANCE.

My weight is way down after my trip to Tennessee to be with my father during his surgery. I didn't hardly exercise at all for the past 4 days, but I didn't snack much either. My meals were largely salads. Now I just need to get back into my workout routine.
