Sunday day 4 ..I'm thinking of checking my weight progress every week or every 2wks . The reason I'm thinking this is so I don't pull an ocd needing to check my weight all the time. Here's a question during the weekends do you handle your dieting differently if so I'd love to hear your process or advice.. Thanks for listening hope everyone is having an awesome weekend

It's the weekend so I got a few house things to do . Some minor cleaning and picking up a used/new BBQ grill which will be nice to have again . For some reason this type of exercise isn't as fun as if I went to a gym ..does that make sense? What's everyone up to today anything good?

It's Day 3 for me feeling pretty good today . I was thinking how I'm glad there's not a ton of sweets in the house cause I don't want the temptation. Hope everyone had a good night and are having an even better day

this day 2 for myself on the journey to loose weight and I really want to drop it . I can't stand looking at myself sometimes reminds of year's of depression and hate on my own body . I know I've come a long way and proud to be here with better mindset it just brings me back to those bad time's. I should probably look at this as a challenge to the better me inside and out , the only I won't do weight myself everyday I'll end up being ocd about it and then it may break my spirits some. Anyways I hope everyone is having a great day and have reached their goals they've set
