ok so Sunday did not go as well. We got together to hang out again out my SIL's pool. She called and asked if we would like to come over because they were going swimming and she was going to pick up hamburger. I said sure. I made guacamole and took my special kashi sea salt pita chips and my SIL had tortilla chips. I had my chips and guac. everything was going fine, then my other sil came over and she brought pizza. I told her I was waiting for burgers (I even brought my own lighter buns) 4 hours go by (no burgers yet everyone was eating pizza) and I was starving I ate 3 slices of pizza. Then my other SIL made the burgers and I ate one even though I was not hungry. Then we came home and I had 3 pumpkin pancakes.. no syrup or butter just the pancakes. So not as good as it could have been food wise. :P Also it was too cold for me to go swimming, they have a heated pool but the outside air was coolish so while you would feel ok swimming getting out would be misery. So I did not even get any exercise.

The birthday party went great. I only had turkey, sweet potatoes and one half ear of corn. The cake was a huge snowball cake.. it was supposed to be like the hostess cakes. So gross.. no temptation there.. and then I had one tsp of ice cream to try a flavor I have never had. It was nothing special and I had one corn chip, for real one corn chip. I took one of my own cups that holds like 26 oz and I filled it 4 times and showed up with it full. So while we were there for 4.5 hours I drank 100 oz of iced tea. I was so stuffed there was no way I could eat any cake even if it had not been something that looked gross to me. I was so happy that I was not even tempted and did not have to even try to stick to my guns! And I took home the rest of the sweet potatoes.. my sil was going to throw them away! Yum for me! I really feel good and I hope to have an awesome weigh in this week.

So yesterday I had a great start and then I had a bad middle and ate 1200 calories of crap while at an outdoor play.. wth!?!?!? once I entered into the FB calorie counter I was majorly bummed.. and I nearly decided to eat half a large pizza "cause today is wrecked anyway" but I pulled myself together and made fish, oven roasted beets and edamame for dinner and only ended up 500 calories for the day as apposed to 3500 over! I was pretty proud of myself. Tomorrow is going to be rough it is my sil birthday party. We are having a turkey dinner. So my goal is to have turkey, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes (they are just baked not like weird stuff with marshmallows) and stay away from all the starchy stuff. I am not going to ride my bike today.. but I will hit it tomorrow.. I usually take the weekends off but I am just exhausted today. I hope you all have a great weekend. :)

So yesterday I had a two lb loss. That was pretty awesome. I also took my son back to the eye dr and his eye is totally healed so that is extremely awesome. My sil bday was yesterday and I chose to not have any cake and I feel really good about that. I am not against cake but it did not look that good and was not a frosting that I really like so why have the calories. I did not feel bad about not having cake I actually felt pretty good. I need to make a list and go shopping so badly. We are out of nearly everything. The puppy is doing well. I am kinda tired. :) So normal all over the place.
