Sad feeling continues... I think I should quit The pill, since i started last Thursday i began to feel a little bit more sad every day. Don't know if there is any kind of relation, but that is the only thing that changed on my diet. After that, everything started to lack balance.

Going down, 65.600 i'm only at 600 grams from my first goal, and this week on Friday I'm going on holidays for 2 weeks, I'm terrified. I dont want to gain, but I know i will. why? because i have eliminated from my diet alcohol and sugar completely, and on holidays well... i will have some. However i will try to keep track on my carbs somehow, but i know will be hell difficult. :(

Even when 100 grams more, i feel awesome, and that counts like 200 grams less. I know I have been doing things correctly, I'm not cheating myself nor the diet. So I believe this little stop, is my body telling "Waaait a minute! i think we are losing too fast" And I agree, i want to do this a slow but constant self-improvement.
So I'm happy, I just have to continue, and add more food to my diet! I'm not eating enough, a added the needed carbs, the last days to get higher energy levels, but still am really low on calories count, have to add up a little. Will work on that...
But Happy :)

Yesterday i didn't finish my exercise routine, as i mentioned, i was really tired, i took some pills to sleep and worked. I will re-start with my normal routine today as i believe i have rest more than the usual 5 hours. And fortunately weekend is almost here so i can adjust my sleep. (I really hope)
