so I had time to weigh myself this Morin. and to my surprise I went down. very happy that my efforts have not been in vain.
been having a good week physical mentaly and emotionally. other then being tired from the baby not wanting to sleep in her crib lol.
she keeps me strong .
but question if there r any other Moms out there. how do u get an exercise routine done with a little one around. I need some ideas. we walk a lot and go swimming but I need to step up my game try to do something at home.

hey fellow healthy inspires
today I did something I haven't done since my daughter was born 15 months ago. grandma wanted the baby for some grandma time. I don't like to ask for her to baby sit unless I need it like a doctor appointment or something. but always tell her let me know when she wants to spend time with her. I'm in no way home ever keep her away from her. I'm just a very independent person. she gets that she is very much the same. really is the best mother in law any one can ask for. so normal I take this time to catch up on house work try to do a bit of organizing or unpacking. though we been here for almost a year living her with my husband working six days a week and a baby there only so much I can do. all my family back in Canada. my husband family I don't see often they all work crazy like him just my mother in law who's close.
well normal I do stuff around the house the shopping etc. u know catch up on stuff. but this time I did something for me
I got my nails done finely got my hair cut it's been over a year and had a Minni massage. basically a Minni spa day. I day for me. I take care of my husband my daughter help out my mother in law. I haven't don't anything for myself in over a year. was nice. relaxing. and of course I just talked about my daughter the whole time. lol I needed a me day.
mama's don't forget about your self. we need love and care to. Now I'm trying to better myself my health my habits. Ives been doing good since I started this App I feel like it gives me Place to just open up. even if I don't get likes or comments I'm just happy to get stuff off my chest. I feel good about it. keep positive that's my goal always.

good Morin all
here I am trying to keep on the right track this morning starting off my day with a protein breakfast two scrambled eggs and two sausage patties plus a cup of coffee I cannot give up the coffee I only have one cup a day but that one cup sure does help. note to self for next time though baby has had breakfast already but mommy's food always best lol. next time make an extra sausage patty because shes basically has eaten a whole Patty to herself on my plate LOL
hope to have a good positive filled day
we have a play date today to take the kids rk the park and a friend latter in will be coming by for a bit she has a box of yarn for us to start some projects.
hope to maybe put away the Halloween stuff and take out Christmas.
call my mom it's her birthday she will love a video chat with the baby
and make dinner tonight
so filled day let's see if I can make it
