As I was driving home from work today thinking about how awful that ballet video was I realized the one video that I have always enjoyed. The firm, I'm going back and doing that. It is great for my legs and butt. Are there any South Beachers that are Firm Believers? I hope so.

Well trying to do that ballet type video was a lesson in humility, I realized I'm about as gracefull as a cow and have no coordination. So it's back to walking after work and doing my windsor pilates with the circle thing. That actually hurt.

Well it's been a week on SB, didn't loose as much as I wanted this week. Tomorrow I start exercising I did get a new ballet type video. It looks like it will be great for my legs and butt, which is where I carry all my weight. Tonight is Desperate Housewives, it will be strange not to watch with a glass of wine. In a few weeks I will be able to do that again.

Well, today was weigh in day for me. I only lost 2 lbs, but it is also that time of the month for me so I'm not discouraged. I've been very good sticking to plan with the exception of last night. We went to dinner with a great friend of mine and I wasn't going to offend her so I ate everything that she served. I have also realized that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. So I will keep plugging along.
