Oh wow. I haven't weighed in since Nov and I've been to almost 200 pounds in that time. I only saw that 200 on the scale once and then went into complete denial about it. Honestly I think it might have happened but the fear of it was so real I may have just worried it into existence. Anyway, what a wake up call. So actually, I've lost about 10 pounds in the last two months. Decided to transition to vegan. I'm sick of diets, tired of meat and am weaning myself off eggs and dairy though I'll probably not be too much of a Nazi about it. I figure the more fruit and veggies I can eat the better all around. Not drinking much more than water and coffee. We'll see how it goes. My husband is joining me and he has lost 20 pounds already cutting out meat. It feels like it might be a good fit for us. I'll try to keep posting more often.
