i'm doing pretty well. I don't have a lot of time to snack because i have been so busy lately. I have a wedding to go to this weekend. this will be a challange bc of the open bar/cake/great food. hope every one else is doing well!

well it's been an up and down week. i'm drinking more tea and water which is better than the sugary fruit juice that i used to drink. i have been cheating a little when it comes to carbs though. i did try a hamburger and took off the bun and it wasn't too bad. however pasta is my weakness. i just try to brush my teeth alot bc then the food i eat tastes bad and i don't want to eat it. hope everybody is doing well!

So this weekend did not go so well. My parents came in from out of town and we went out for pizza and beer. Those are deffiantly not on the plan. I tried to make up for it on Sunday by working out in the am and pm but unfortunaly college homework does not always allow for that. Tomorrow is a new day and thankfully their will be few distractions.

First day and everything is going well. I think the majority of my weight loss is due to the fact that I actually put thought into what I ate rather than just picking what looked good at the time.
