Doing well with quality of food eaten, although not quantity. Need to drop at least 300 calories a day.

I can't afford to buy much food this month, so am eating from the pantry. This means a lot of canned food and dried beans & rice. At least the foods I have available are mostly organic and/or low on additives...but I want to see how my body does on the low-carb WOE. Doing research on it for now, and will start eating that way starting in September.

Ok. Lost 40 pounds over the course of 4 months, following my mother's death. Needed to lose the weight, stress and unhappiness only helped fuel the journey. Silver lining and all that.
Now I need to finish getting to my "normal" weight of about 135 pounds or so. That's being at a pretty high fitness level, so I have a lot of muscle mass to rebuild.
Joined 3 Challenges that start in 3 days. Just a little support to get restarted on the weight loss.
