Wednesday, May 3 - FASTED TODAY - nothing to eat, just coffee, water, broth.
Thursday, May 4 - ate my first meal of the day at 2:30 in the afternoon, meaning that I FASTED 42 HOURS.
Ate last meal at 9pm.
Friday, May 5 - FAST DAY but had to change to adjust for Bella’s birthday dinner which will be on Sunday.
Ate only meal of the day at 8:30pm so STILL HAD A 24 HOUR FAST.
Saturday, May 6 - FAST DAY - nothing to eat, just coffee, water, broth, Jello, zero Powerade and 24 croutons in the broth (needed a little solid). Next meal at 12pm tomorrow. WILL HAVE FASTED 40 HOURS AT THAT TIME.
