So..weigh in was today...and I lost 0.4 lbs! Could have been TOM, or the fact that I hurt my knee on Saturday and haven't exercised since. But I ate pretty well. Blah. I know...I know..it's 0.4 less than I weight last week! LOL! The receptionist at my meeting told me to eat different foods..not the same things as I usually do...so I'll try that.
I'll be Walking Away The Pounds EARLY tomorrow!

This Wednesday will be my 4th weigh-in. As of last week, I've lost 8.4 lbs! I know I can do this! This is my second time doing WW, the first time with meetings. In 2004, I did it online only, and lost 30 pounds. I didn't keep it up, largely because my motivation was not right. This time..it's all about me, well..my son first, because he is the reason I got off my butt and joined this time!
I'm really excited about losing weight for the first time in my life. I no longer WANT to be fat. It is NOT OK with me. I don't CARRY it well. My big bones are not an excuse. It's got to go..however long it takes!
I'm suddenly addicted to exercise videos. I already had Walk Away The Pounds 1, 2, and 3 mile from my last WW try. I just got the Firm TransFIRMation system. MAN....I did the FIRST video yesterday...WHEW! Next, I'm gonna try to get Hip Hop Abs and Zumba. I also want to get a jump rope for when the weather gets nicer.
Oh yes. I'm READY.
