Being my day off today, I haven't gotten as much exercise as I should have. Tonight I have a friend joinging me for my half hour plus walk after dinner. Day 1 of my 30 day challenge to lose 15 pounds.

Tomorrow I start a challenge. I'm doing the lose 15lbs in 30 days. Lots of water and at LEAST 1 hour of exercise 5x a week. Let's see how this goes for me.
I walked again tonight for 1/2 an hour!!! I plugged in my ear buds and just walked a loop around our house. it felt so good to not be as tired at the end as I was last night.

I put on Facebook last night that I was going walking at our lacal high school stadium and had a friend show up to walk with me! We maintained a brisk pace for 30 minutes and did 2 miles!!! WOW, I kinda hurt a little...lol..at least I got the first day done, now to make sure i continue every other day at least.

I joined today!!!! I'm hoping to find a little help with my calories, exercise, and moral support.
My hubby is a wonderful support to me as are my boys!!!
I'm welcoming the first day of the rest of my life...lol...well at least 1 baby step at a time.
