I keep seeing posts on social media about meal prepping. I keep telling myself that I don't have time to prep, or that I don't have the tools or ingredients... the excuses are endless.
Recently, I got back into taking my lunch to work. I FINALLY meal prepped today guys!!! From figuring out what to have, to measuring it all out, cooking it, and storing it in the fridge.
It wasn't nearly as hard or time consuming as I thought it would be. Now I have pasta with sauteed veggies for lunch for the next couple of days. 😀
(Sorry for the random over-enthusiastic post. I just need to tell someone who might actually care)

I hate myself right now. I had a good thing going and then I ruined it. Went back to drinking soda, started eating out again, snack food back in the house... How do I get back on track?
