Today was a pretty good day. I ate 1 packet of instant oatmeal for breakfast. I ate something else but I don’t remember what it was. For a snack I ate 1/2 serving of mini rice cakes and a banana. For lunch I ate a salad, turkey, eggplant, and white beans. For dinner I ate a banana and some roasted peanuts. I went to the gym and worked out. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Burned 650 calories. Feel good.

Ok... My p90 Kenpo was scratched. I did taebo bootcamp instead. What a workout. I feel good!

Today I woke up at 10:00am. I wanted and needed to sleep in. lol. I have to stay focused because today is my fruit and veggie day. I ran a few errands before eating breakfast. So I ate an orange on the go. When i got back I ended up drinking carnations breakfast essential (chocolate). Around 2:00 I ate an apple with a tsp of peanut butter. At 3: I ate some steamed fresh green beans. It is currently 4:39 and I am about to eat some fruit. I need to look in the fridge and prepare my dinner since I’m not eating after 8 pm.

THis morning I drank a cup of carnation essentials for breakfast and I had a cup of strawberries and blueberries. For lunch i ate 3/4 of a subway pizza for some reason I was full. I really wanted to eat the last slice but there was no reason. I didn’t realize that there were over 800 calories in the pizza. I will have to pass next time. I will eat a light salad for dinner. I think I will make tomorrow a fruit and veggie day.
