fell off the bandwagon this last month and it's my own fault I know I need get back up there and focus more than ever now

well I guess all those veggies paid off over Thanksgiving though I wasn't expecting that big of a drop il take it not gunna complain one bit

Feeling blessed today had a decent but kinda rough first Thanksgiving in my new home, accidentally spilled boiling broth on my grown daughter arm (she's ok) burnt the merengue not once but twice on the lemon merengue pie for my moms-thankfully I made a very rounded merengue and was able to peel off the burnt and try again (and again lol) after cooking all day and only snacking on veggies from the relish tray throughout the day I only ate the one big meal and filled up on my proteins first so didn't eat all the desserts that were available, woke up a Lil hungry but oddly enough leftover didn't sound good so I made scrambled eggs and ham with my protein infused coffee feeling full and blessed. Here's to another wonderful day

OK so I am struggling here I lose and then gain it back the next week at least I'm not gaining more than, but my problem isn't eating smaller portions or eating healthy options it the grazing or mindless eating when I'm not hungry I have moved all the unhealthy stuff out of sight that others in the house have brought in only to no avail it somehow keeps reappearing and with my 13+ hr days at work it makes it harder to get my workouts in, I'm not looking for sympathy I am however looking for any suggestions on how to overcome my food addiction and the mindless eating when I'm not hungry? any and all advice is greatly appreciated thanks in advance 👍...
