Hey guys... Been a minute. Thought I'd check in real quick and give a lil update. I hit my goal weight of 180 on may 26th. My before/after shot is from then and my body is continuously improving. Need to update that shot soon.Lol I joined a new gym on Feb 27th and have been doing weight training 6 days a week trying to rally and get as fit and hawt as I can so I can enter my 4O's absolutely blazing this September. Life is soooooo frickin beautiful these days it seems unreal! I gotta run for now but will check back in again soon with more details on how I got to the finish line during my time away. Didn't quite hit the mark, but it's no surprise as I've had a handful of hiccups the past 3 months, including last weekend. I got to feeling some type of way after eating all my scheduled food for the day and went on a crazyyyyyy binge. The next day I started over fresh... stayed on plan until just after lunch and then lost my shit again in binge land.
I spent the next five days focusing on getting my eating under control and skipped the gym. Baby steps. Lol
Then Friday morning I realized the gym wouldn't be open at midnight today because of the damn holiday hours and I made myself go... in the daytime... with people... and their eyeballs. I couldn't bear waiting another 4 days to get my exercise on. I've gone 4 times now with the sun out! Feels good to not be hiding.
This is a difficult time of year for me and I expect to be all over the place the next few months as usual. I'm definitely feeling more in control than I have felt the past few years during these months. I'm glad I have the gym to work through these feels at.

I can't even describe how amazing it feels to know that I can actually eat real food from a balanced diet without deprivation...starvation...or fads and lose weight. This is something that I didn't think was possible after the years of damage done to myself both mentally and physically. I'm so doing the happy dance right now. Does that count as cardio? Lol
