I just wanted to share this in case anyone else finds it useful. It’s one of the diet plans that the famous Dr Now (my 600lb life) gives to his patients to help them lose the weight before he approves them for surgery. Just add to it if you want more cals.

Home made cod fish fingers with lettuce and lemon mint peas. I need to come on here more often, I keep forgetting. Home made rice pudding for desert, but not for me.

This would be so much easier if I didn’t have two adult children to cook for. I’m a Mum, will always be a Mum. I enjoy making food that they love, for them. I just have to learn to stop picking at it. At least I know there’s no sugar in my bread.

Back to eating sensibly now. It was lovely having what I wanted for three days but I’m done now. Not going to get weighed for a couple of weeks then hopefully the scales will show the same amount as they previously did or less!
