Hi, Im Rachel. I am currently 190 lbs and this is the heaviest I have ever been. I am a police officer. I've tried lots of diets and the only one that has worked for me was the Weight Watchers. At one time I lost 30lbs on WW, and thought "I can eat anything now". Well, I gained it back by not sticken to the diet. I'm starting back on WW and I hope to stick with it this time. My worst down fall is "I LOVE SWEETS". I weigh more today than when I had either one of my sons, when I was nine months pregnant with them. My boys are now 17 and 14, who I love dearly.
