At 20 yrs old I have finally seen the errors of my ways. I have been on this diet and that diet and NEVER stick to any of them for more than 3 days! lol. Now I've found what works for me and i can stick to it for life. Not only have I seen a diffrence in numbers on my scale but in the way i carry myself everyday. "LOSING" sounds like such a terrible thing so instead "I'm not losing weight, I'm gaining knowledge, self-esteem and peace of mind."
just recently decided to give myself small weight goals to achieve, so lets give it a go but really if i don't reach them in the alotted time i dont give a hoot as long as i get there someday!
