I am 41 years old and I have gained a lot of weight since I recently married cooking and eating tooo much. I have three children 21, 17 and 14 years. I am totally excited to have started the Fat Smash diet and to have found this web site very helpful for finding tasty and intersting recipes.

I cannot wait to see the new me. I know that I will be able to do this diet my husband is laughing becuase I always say the same thing about every diet, however, this diet is easy to follow and there is no counting calories eat until you are full I like that.
