Here goes: I was never pleased with my body as far back as I can remember. I graduated high school weighing a whopping 112 lbs, I'm only 5'7". Obviously WAY too skinny. Gradually I managed to put weight back on but I was still never happy. I had a baby 6 years ago and gained some weight from him, but I did manage to drop back down to 135 lbs. My second son is 21 months old and after he was born I kept the weight on and stayed at 150 lbs. Then got on birth control which really helped me pack on my weight, and of course my lazy life style was not helping the situation! In January I started dieting and lost 14 lbs, I've since gained back 4 of it but am now ready to get back in full swing of things! I've changed my birth control and hope that will help things. Wish me luck, can't wait to become diet supporters with others! :-)
