I just started Intermittent Fasting. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism a year ago. I was a sugar addict & frequently falling sick & generally would feel miserable & tired the whole time. I quit sugar about a month ago & it changed my life.I lost 3 kgs immediately & it spurred me on to take charge of my health more actively. I workout at home for about an hour. I do HIIT, weights & some cardio. Hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of this year. Fingers crossed.
There are a lot of things that i have learnt & unlearnt on this fitness journey of mine. I used to believe that exercise is everything. I now know better that diet matters more than exercise. Its great to finally see the results for yourself.
