I'm a 24-year-old student that works full time and loves to eat to de-stress. I am living the single cat-lady life (with 8 beautiful cats) and trying to get down to a healthy weight.
I've been tap dancing on the edge of obese my entire life. Stress makes me not to get out of bed and eat all of the junk food. I don't have a healthy relationship with food and I'm trying to change that. My self confidence is lacking, but I got some new glasses that I love so I'm using this as motivation to get off my butt and get to being healthier.
