I'm 52 (almost 53 but let's not get ahead of ourselves ...) and have been 'fit' most of my life. I struggle now with that typical weight gain that comes with age, targeted mostly at my middle and thighs (sigh). I find that if I can get my weight under 140 my stomach will get flatter so that is always my goal! I tend to yo-yo between 140-148. I wish lipo was free and topical!
